Welcome to LogicLab Mentor. By accessing or using logiclabmentor.pro, you agree to abide by these Terms of Service. These terms are effective as of January 1, 2025.

1. General Provisions

LogicLab Mentor provides mentoring services in logic and artificial intelligence. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who wish to access or use our services, info products, and goods.

2. Services

We offer one-on-one and group tutoring sessions, workshops, and personalized coaching in logic and AI. Sessions are scheduled in advance and confirmed upon payment. To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 48 hours before the session.

3. Info Products

Info products include digital courses, recorded lectures, e‐guides, and other downloadable materials. Access is granted immediately upon purchase.

4. Goods

Goods include printed workbooks, merchandise, and physical resources. Shipping details are provided at checkout. Delivery times may vary by location.

5. Refund Policy

5.1 Services

• If you cancel more than 48 hours before a scheduled session, you may request a full refund or transfer the session to another date.
• For bookings canceled within 48 hours or no-shows, refunds are not available due to reserved expert availability and planning.

5.2 Info Products

You may request a refund within 7 days of purchase provided you have not accessed or downloaded the content. Once access is granted or files are downloaded, no refund will be issued, as content delivery is immediate and irreversible.

5.3 Goods

Unused goods may be returned within 14 days of delivery in original condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping. Once we receive and inspect the items, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 7 days.

6. Transfer of Service

Mentoring sessions may be transferred to another individual if you notify us at least 48 hours before the scheduled time. Transfers are subject to availability and must match the originally purchased package.
